http://bit.ly/5GgM5e -- Dan Kennedy logic skills need a little help.
"But questions remain about Hudak who, in the face of evidence to the contrary, continues to insist that he’s not a birther."
If he is making the statement that he isn't a birther, then.. Is he not a birther? You might claim with some proof that he changed his views, and you might be unconvinced of this change.. But it seems to me that he meets the general definition of someone who isn't a birther -- Someone who claims that Obama was born in hawaii.
Not that there has been any proof of this. I suppose this means that Dan Kennedy is an "anti-birther". I mean "no-birther". I mean "bizarro-birther". Whatever is use to communicate that Barak Obama was indeed born, but not in Kenya, but rather Hawaii.
"Hudak is right — claims that Obama was not born in the United States are indeed 'unsupported nonsense.'"[quote leveling by me]
Unsupported, perhaps. "Unsupported nonsense" implies you have proof to the contrary. Where is your link? Where is your source?
"But in a Web video sent to me by a reader, Hudak refers to Obama as 'Barry Soetoro.' Obama was known as Barry Soetoro (his stepfather’s last name) when he attended school in Indonesia. According to Snopes.com, some elements of the birther movement have seized on that fact in the hopes of proving either that Obama was not born in the U.S., or that he gave up his American citizenship at some point."
Oooh, Sophistry 101 anyone? Hudak calls Obama by his step fathers last name "Soetoro" -> Some elements of the birthers claim that this means he wasn't born here or that he gave up citizenship -> Hudak is a birther.
Yikes. Do I need to point out that all this *particular* statement implies is that Hudak wants people to be aware of Obama's past, perhaps his Muslim past? This particular statement is no way contradicts the belief that Barak Obama was born in Hawaii. It says absolutely nothing at all.
"The implication left hanging is that political operatives put this out there. The reality is that I have a memory like an elephant for certain things. I’m not a Democrat. As for being partisan, I’ve been complimentary toward Brown and his staff for the way they’ve handled this."
Sophistry Example: Some elements of the Democrats have seized on the fact that birthers use multiple elements to try to discredit Obama's eligibility to hold the Presidency. -> Dan Kennedy uses the fact that Hudak seems to believe in one of those elements to imply he is a birther. -> Dan Kennedy is a Democrat.
Sigh. Too bad someone with more resources could pull Dan Kennedy's voter registration and prove me wrong..
Lets see, if you have real facts and a good lawyer then you will go to trial, this has not happened, no facts just assumptions, more than likely, your logic is crude to say the least, but very funny. You guys need to win a case, but until then, you guys will continue to appear dumb, crazy or racist, or maybe all three. Keep plucking that chicken because I love what you are doing.

Thanks Preston. It seems that you think I'm a birther. I'm agnostic. I've seen no proof one way or the other. Have you?
